Two inspection gates, three inspectors.
Most material failures trace back to the raw material, not the machine. That is why the first gate is before the line, not at the end of it.
Plasticiser and rubber compound are checked against the specified formulation before they enter production. If a batch does not match the approved sample, it does not go on the line — this is the cheapest place to reject material and the only place that prevents a whole run from being wrong.
Finished products are inspected for appearance, thickness and dimensions against the approved sample before packing. Three dedicated QC inspectors cover the three production lines.
Batch, grade and roll or panel length are recorded per shipment, so a question about a specific delivery can be traced back to the material batch rather than answered from memory.
What the numbers say.
These figures come from the Alibaba.com store record, not from a self-assessment. They are the closest thing to an external audit we can show a new buyer.

Independent checks.
We do not list certificates we cannot produce on request. What is independently verified today is the supplier profile itself: business identity, production capability and trade record.
Asking for a certificate? Tell us which one your market requires — food contact, flame retardancy, REACH, RoHS — and we will confirm whether it applies to the specific grade before you specify it.
Need a specific standard?
Tell us the grade and the market. We will confirm what documentation can be issued with the shipment.
