Small plants win on custom work because the person quoting is the person who can walk to the line. That is the whole advantage — we keep it.
Specification and quotation
Material, thickness, width, colour, quantity. If something is missing, we propose it rather than guessing silently.
Sample processing
In-house sampling so the compound and colour are approved before the run starts, not after the container ships.
Incoming material inspection
Plasticiser and rubber compound are checked before they enter the line. This is the gate that decides everything downstream.
Production across three lines
PVC extrusion, rubber pressing and mat finishing run in parallel, which is what makes mixed orders practical.
Finished-goods inspection and packing
Visual and dimensional checks against the approved sample, then packing by roll, panel or pallet.
What stays in-house.
Customisation is the main service, not an add-on: full custom runs, on-site technical support and two R&D engineers working on new profiles and compounds.
